How do I log in to my account?
To access your account, click the ‘log in’ button on the website and enter your username and password.

The first time you login you will also need your verification code, this will be in the email you received when you completed the registration process. If you do not have this then please contact customer support.

Please keep in mind that your username and password are case sensitive. For example, if your password is ‘aBc’ then the system will not accept ‘ABC’ or ‘abc’. Please also check that you have not accidently pressed the ‘Caps Lock’ key.

Additionally, please type the password directly into the field and do not use copy/paste. Sometimes with copy/paste you accidently also copy a blank space in front of the password and the system will not recognize the password as correct.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and cannot login then you can use the ‘forgot password or username?’ link on the website login page to receive a new one. The new password will be sent to the email address on your LuckyVegas77 account.

If you no longer have access to this email address then please contact customer support.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by following these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menubar click on ‘cashier’ to go directly to your profile page
- From the menu on the left choose the ‘change password’ option
- Enter old and new passwords in the appropriate fields
- Click on the ‘Change Your Password’ button


We suggest you to choose an alphanumeric (0-9, a-z) sequence composed of 3 to 9 characters. The only special characters accepted are: ! (exclamation mark) . (full stop) - (minus).
How do I make a deposit or withdrawal?

How do I transfer funds between my casino, live casino, poker, live poker and sport betting wallets?
To complete a transfer between your wallets, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘Cashier’
- From the menu on the left choose ‘Transfers between accounts’
- Choose the account you want to transfer funds from
- Choose the account you want to transfer funds to
- Enter the amount
- Click the ‘transfer amount’ button to complete the transfer

Please keep in mind that only withdrawable funds are transferrable. Bonuses and winnings from bonuses are only transferrable once the wager requirements of the bonus have been met.
How do I view my current balances?
To view you balances, please follow these steps
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘Cashier’
- From the menu on the left choose ‘Account Summary’
How do I view my transaction history?
To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘Cashier’
- From the menu on the left choose ‘Transaction History’
- Choose the start and end dates of the period you would like to check
- Selected the type of transaction you would like to see, you can also choose all transactions
- Click ‘View’ to view the transactions
How do I update my personal details?
To update your personal details, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menubar click on ‘YOUR NAME’ to go directly to your profile page
- Enter the new details in the appropriate fields
- Click on the ‘Update Profile’ button

Not all fields are editable directly. In order to update these please contact customer support directly.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your mailing list?
To subscribe or be unsubscribed from our mailing lists please email support@luckyvegas77.com stating your request and we will arrange it.
How do I close my account?
You can close your account at any time by following these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘cashier’ to go directly to your account profile
- From the menu on the left choose the ‘close account’ option
- Fill in the requested information
- Click the ‘Close the Account’ button

Alternatively, you can contact customer support and we can close the account on your behalf. If you ask us to close the account then please include a reason for your closure.
