Withdrawal F.A.Q.

What documents must I send before my first withdrawal?
Prior to your first withdrawal you will need to verify your account. Please see the ‘Security’  ‘Account Verification’ section in the help files or contact customer support for more information. The required documents are also listed on the ‘Withdrawals’ page of the cashier.
What is the minimum and maximum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal for all methods is €10, if you have a balance lower than this and wish to withdraw you can only withdraw the full amount and you may be limited to one withdrawal method that will be indicated to you by the payments department.

There is no maximum withdrawal limit. Note however that bonuses and winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wager requirements have been met.
Are there any charges for withdrawing?
We do not charge any fees for withdrawals
How do I request a withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘Cashier’
- From the menu on the left choose ‘Withdrawals’
- Choose a withdrawal method
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw
- Click ‘continue’ to complete your withdrawal

The time required to process and send your withdrawal will depend on the method you have chosen and will be displayed on the withdrawal page.
Why can’t I withdraw my total balance?
Your total balance consists of two parts:
1) ‘Withdrawable’ funds which consists of deposits, casino/poker/sports bet winnings which were earned using your own deposits as well as bonuses/bonus winnings where the wager requirements have been met.
2) ‘Bonus’ funds which consist of bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses where the wager requirements have not been met yet and which can only be withdrawn once the wager requirements have been met.

Only ‘withdrawable’ funds can be withdrawn.
How do I cancel a withdrawal?
Until a withdrawal has been processed and sent, you may cancel it at any time.

In your transaction history you will see the withdrawal request with status ‘Pending’. You can cancel the withdrawal by clicking on the ‘X’ symbol. The funds will immediately be returned to your account.
How do I check the status of my withdrawal request?
To check the status of your withdrawal request, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- From the menu bar choose ‘Cashier’
- From the menu on the left choose ‘Transaction History’
- Choose the start and end dates of the period you would like to check
- Selected ‘withdrawal’ as the transaction type
- Click ‘View’ to view all the withdrawals

Next to each withdrawal there will be a comment on its current status.
I see my withdrawal has been sent but I have not received it yet?
The time required for your withdrawal to reach you depends on your chosen withdrawal method and is listed in the ‘Available Payment Methods’ section of the help files and on the ‘Withdrawals’ page of the cashier.

If the stated time has passed and you have not received your withdrawal then please contact customer support.
